Mike Delea, Owner and VP of Business Development and National Recruiting, is responsible for the pharmaceutical recruiting operations of Professional Placement Partners. He is also responsible for developing and managing our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Mike has 25 years of experience in the industry, most recently serving as a Regional Vice President for GlaxoSmithKline. In addition to sales leadership roles, Mike has also worked in sales administration for GSK. Mike has extensive experience in multiple therapeutic areas and has won many Presidents’ Club awards as a District Sales Manager and Sales Representative for GSK. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Richmond. He lives in Glen Mills, PA with his wife and their 4 children.
